Tritan BP Limited Warranty

Designed for long-lasting beauty and backed by a warranty you can rely on.

Cover reduces over time. In the first two years we cover 100% of the product value for a confirmed manufacturing defect, reducing on the schedule below to 20% in years 10 to 15. The warranty covers the product only, not labour or reinstallation.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in Tritan BP faux stone panels for a period of 15 years from the original purchase date, on the sliding scale set out below.

Tritan BP may, at its sole discretion:

Provide a repair or touch-up solution
Replace the defective product
Refund the original purchase price (product return required)

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Not Covered

Improper installation or handling
Misuse, neglect, or vandalism
Use of pressure washers or harsh chemicals
Natural colour fading over time
Environmental damage (weather, fire, flooding, etc.)
Animal, mould, or impact damage
Unapproved coatings or finishes
Structural use of decorative panels
Labour or reinstallation costs

Damage in transit is covered separately, not by this warranty. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund it. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Maintenance Advice

For outdoor installations, a UV-protective coating may be applied every 3–5 years to help maintain appearance.

Always test coatings in a discreet area prior to full application.

Fire Safety Classification

Our stone-profile panel has been independently tested to EN 13501-1 and classified:

B-s1, d0

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. As a consumer you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, and nothing in this warranty limits those rights.

Tritan BP's liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the product only. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages, except where it would be unlawful to exclude it.
