What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to Tritan BP faux stone panels and covers manufacturing defects for a period of 15 years from the original date of purchase. If a covered defect is identified and confirmed, Tritan BP, at its sole discretion, will:

1. Provide a touch-up or repair kit

2. Replace the defective product or component

3. Issue a refund for the original purchase price and applicable taxes (return of product required)

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused during shipping or storage

• Improper installation or use

• Misuse, neglect, or vandalism

• Use of power washers or abrasive chemicals

• Natural colour fading due to UV exposure (expected over time)

• Fire, flooding, lightning, storms, or other natural disasters

• Damage from animals, mould, mildew, or impact

• Application of any non-approved coatings or finishes

• Structural uses – our panels are decorative only

Maintenance Advice

To help reduce fading caused by sun exposure, we recommend applying a UV-protective topcoat every 3–5 years, especially for outdoor installations. Always test the coating on a discreet area first to confirm compatibility.

Fire Safety Classification

Tritan BP faux stone panels are manufactured using high-density polyurethane. Select finishes have been tested and certified under EN 13501-1 standards with a rating of:

• B-s1, d0, meaning:

  • B = Very limited combustibility

  • s1 = Minimal smoke emission

  • d0 = No flaming droplets or particles

This classification provides confidence in both domestic and commercial applications.

This warranty is the only warranty provided by Tritan BP for faux stone panels and supersedes all other warranties—express or implied—including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Tritan BP’s total liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including labour, removal or reinstallation, lost business, or transportation costs.

All warranty matters shall be governed by UK law, and legal proceedings must be brought within the United Kingdom.
