What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in Tritan BP faux stone panels for a period of 15 years from the original purchase date.
Tritan BP may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a repair or touch-up solution
- Replace the defective product
- Refund the original purchase price (product return required)
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Not Covered
- Improper installation or handling
- Damage from shipping or storage
- Misuse, neglect, or vandalism
- Use of pressure washers or harsh chemicals
- Natural colour fading over time
- Environmental damage (weather, fire, flooding, etc.)
- Animal, mould, or impact damage
- Unapproved coatings or finishes
- Structural use of decorative panels
- Labour or reinstallation costs
Maintenance Advice
For outdoor installations, a UV-protective coating may be applied every 3–5 years to help maintain appearance.
Always test coatings in a discreet area prior to full application.
