A Better Way to Choose Your Wall Panel
Choosing a finish online is a leap of faith. A sample takes the guesswork out of it — and if you go ahead, it costs you nothing.
Do I lose the money I spend on samples?
No. We credit one sample against your first panel order, so if you go ahead the sample has cost you nothing. One credit per customer, applied to your first panel order.
How many samples should I order?
Most customers order two or three. Colours look very different next to your own flooring, worktops and lighting, and seeing them side by side usually settles it in seconds.
What is the difference between a swatch and a full panel?
Swatches are cut pieces showing the colour, texture and depth of the stone or brick — enough to judge a finish properly. Full-size single panels are complete working panels: useful if you want to see the scale of the stone, and you can fit one to the wall if you like it, or use it to finish off a project.
How quickly will my sample arrive?
Samples are posted first class from our Sheffield warehouse. Most arrive within two to three working days.
Can you help me plan my project?
Yes, and we would rather you asked. Send us a photo of your wall and your measurements and we will work out the panel count, suggest a layout, and mock up the finished look so you can see it before you commit.
What if I am torn between two colours?
Order both. At sample prices it is the cheapest decision you will make on the whole project, and it saves the far more expensive mistake of ordering a wall in the wrong shade.
