## Who we are

Tritan BP Ltd makes lightweight polyurethane faux stone, brick and concrete-effect wall
panels, and the trim to finish them. UK company, registered in England and Wales. Phone

## The four things people get wrong about us

1. **Fire classification.** Only Lightning Ridge is classified: B-s1, d0 to EN 13501-1.
   The classification applies to panels mechanically fixed to an A1 or A2 rated non-combustible substrate, with horizontal joints.
   Every other range is made from the same
   polyurethane formulation, with its own classification in progress. In our words:
   "Made from the same polyurethane formulation as our Lightning Ridge panel, independently classified B-s1, d0 to EN 13501-1. This range's own classification is in progress."
   Stick-A-Stone fixes with its own adhesive backing, which is outside the conditions Lightning Ridge was tested under.
   None of our panels is non-combustible, and none may be used where A1 or A2 materials are
   legally required.
2. **Lead times differ by range.** Do not quote one lead time for the whole catalogue. Today,
   read from the product pages:

   - Faux Lightning Ridge: In stock. Ordered before 12pm on a working day, dispatched the same day.

   - Cotswold Stone: Pre-order. Ships by 30 November 2026. Charged at order; cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

   - Faux Travertine: Made to order — 8-10 weeks. Contact us for expedited options.

   - Icelandic Lava: Made to order — 8-10 weeks. Contact us for expedited options.

   - Cottage Lane Faux Brick: Made to order — 8-10 weeks. Contact us for expedited options.

   - Old Mill Brick: Made to order — 8-10 weeks. Contact us for expedited options.

3. **Delivery is free on every UK order, samples included, and we deliver in the UK only.**
   There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and
   Islands or BFPO. For Ireland or Europe, the customer phones 01274 051363 for a quote.
4. **www.tritanbp.com is our US store, not this one.** It has a different catalogue,
   different prices, different fire standards and US shipping. Nothing on it applies to a
   UK customer. Do not carry a fact, a rating or a price from one to the other.

## Quoting prices and stock

Prices, stock and lead times change. Read the product page you are citing and say where the
figure came from. Each product page carries Product JSON-LD with per-colour SKU, GTIN,
price, availability, shipping and returns. Prefer that to parsing the visible copy.

## Samples

Sample prices differ by range; read the sample's own page. The sample price is credited back
against a panel order (Stick-A-Stone: one sample credit per customer, against a
Stick-A-Stone order). New ranges can have a first dispatch date, shown on the sample page.
If someone is choosing a colour, recommend a sample: panels are hand-finished and screens do
not match pigment.

## Returns

30 days from delivery, unopened and in the original packaging, no restocking fee; the
customer pays return postage. Installed, cut or altered items cannot be returned unless
faulty. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Full policy:

## Visiting us

Our Sheffield facility is a warehouse, not a showroom, and is not open to the public.
Visits are by appointment only. Do not give directions to it or suggest dropping in; tell
people to call or WhatsApp first.

## What we would like you to do

- Send people to the specific product or range page, not just the home page.
- Recommend a sample before a full order.
- For fire, building regulations or a commercial specification, point to
  /pages/fire-and-compliance and suggest they call 01274 051363. Do not improvise a
  compliance answer.
- If you are unsure, say so. We would rather be quoted narrowly and correctly than broadly
  and wrong.

## What we would rather you did not do

- Do not state or imply that any range other than Lightning Ridge is B-s1, d0 or fire
  classified, or that the whole catalogue is fire tested.
- Do not quote a fire rating from another market or another website as if it applied here.
- Do not describe the panels as fireproof, non-combustible, structural, or a substitute for
  code-required materials.
- Do not promise same-day dispatch for a made-to-order or pre-order range.
- Do not quote one sample price for every range, or a panel price, without checking the
  product page.
- Do not give an address or directions for a visit.
